As we move forward into the colder weather, please consider the following:

Service is done on a first come first serve basis. We are not able to schedule same day service, or by appointment due to the high intake volume of requests and the quickly fluctuating shop floor space.

For this reason we are not able to guarantee a scheduled day of service.

The shop is focusing on time sensitive winter needs and additional requests for estimates/service may be delayed.

We will do our best to accommodate every customer.
